Description


We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our world-class team who can further drive the expansion of our business. The ideal candidate is passionate about eSports and possesses both a sales and technical background that enables them to engage at a CXO level by discussing the technical advantages of RTSMunity’s solutions. He/she is a self-starter who is able to strategically develop long-term business relationships with key accounts and consistently deliver on revenue targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding targets
  • Work with various partners within the eSport ecosystem to expand the reach of RTSmunity’s products
  • Build an in-depth understanding of the eSport ecosystem - constantly monitoring the evolution of this fast-paced industry and sharing findings with the team
  • Possess the technical ability to create and articulate a compelling and comprehensive value proposition with a focus on value-added, not cost
  • Manage contract negotiations and accelerate customer adoption
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability

Basic Qualifications:

  • A deep understanding and passion for eSport; either actively playing or watching any of the following: League of Legends, DOTA2, CS:GO, Overwatch, King of Glory (Arena of Valor)
  • Direct B2B sales experience in working with top enterprise accounts
  • Proficient in English and able to communicate with clients and the internal team on a regular basis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales experience with comprehensive and technical solutions
  • Extensive contact network in eSport and/or betting
  • Advanced degree (preferably MBA or PhD)
  • Fluent in Russian and/or Mandarin
